You will be directly connected to your technician via
a chat window. If necessary (and only
with your permission), the technician will connect to
your desktop — you'll both see the same screen,
and you'll both share control of the mouse and keyboard!
Then just sit back and relax, while we repair your computer! Go ahead and stare over our shoulder if you like — we don't mind at all!
