Remote Support Session
To begin a remote support session with one of our technicians

If a technician is available, you will be connected
via a secure chat window. If necessary (and only
with your permission), the technician will connect to
your desktop — you'll both see the same screen,
and you'll both share control of the mouse and keyboard!
If a technician is not online, you
will be placed in queue, and the system alerts us via
text pager. We will make every
effort to respond to each request as
quickly as possible. If we're offline or
if you don't wish to wait, we will contact you as soon
as we are able, to setup a mutually-agreeable time for
the session.
