If a technician is available, you will be connected
via a secure chat window. If necessary (and only
with your permission), the technician will connect to your desktop — you'll both
see the same screen, and you'll both share control of the mouse and keyboard!
Then just sit back and relax, while we repair your computer!
Go ahead and stare over our shoulder if you like — we don't mind at all!
If a technician is not online, you
will be placed in queue, and the system alerts us via
text pager. We will make every
effort to respond to each request as
quickly as possible. If we're offline or
if you don't wish to wait, we will contact you as soon
as we are able, to setup a mutually-agreeable time for
the session.
