About Us
Groll
Technology Solutions was launched in 2002 by Dieter
Groll, who was washed ashore in Provincetown in 1994.
Dieter's experience includes over nineteen years of
architecting, developing and delivering computer solutions
to meet complex business needs.
His corporate experience includes Kana
Software (formerly Silknet Software) as Associate Director
of Technology Services, where he was the technical architect
for a number of large-scale web-based customer service
initiatives for major companies including GE Capital,
Sprint PCS, Office Depot and Priceline.com.

| Before Kana, he was
employed as a Principal Consultant with Clarify, Inc.,
where he was responsible for the implementation and
integration of Clarify's customer relationship management
(CRM) applications. His work at Clarify reached
more than 30 major clients, including Xerox, Motorola,
GE, and Digital Equipment Corporation, and earned him
Clarify's "Star Contributor Award".
He successfully implemented the company's first international
projects on two continents, namely Siemens AG in Europe
and Telstra in Australia.
Prior to Clarify, Dieter worked for
Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a member of their
Technology Integration Services organization.
Dieter holds a degree in Computer &
Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
He is certified both as a Microsoft-Certified Technology
Specialist (MCTS), and as a Microsoft Small Business
Specialist.
